Happiness is thus not simply a soft-skill, or nice-to-have, but a power skill that gives individuals and organisations the energy to thrive in good times and the resilience to outlast the tough times.

One of our tools we use to achieve our mission, is what we call the HapP (Happy) app, which is now available as a standalone product.
The HapP app journey stretches over a period of 12 weeks and covers the following topics:

Becoming resilient
Each day, you will receive a short inspiring content piece to read, watch or listen to. These pieces will provide you with food for thought and many exercises to assist you in becoming a ‘happier you’.
How do I access the content?
The HapP app content is delivered via Talent LMS (available on both Apple and Google app stores). Once you’ve registered and paid, you will receive an email with access instructions.
